Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actor. She has a number of soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. She also played Daphne on The HBO drama True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones graduated in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in Human Learning K-8 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She began her teaching at Maury County. There, she taught Reading to kindergarten and 1st grades. In 1998 she married the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated in Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary is where she started teaching 4th grade. In 1999-2000, she taught while obtaining her Masters of Education from Trevecca Nazarene University. She stepped out of the classroom in 2000, when the couple welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley spent 15 years serving her church, community and children. Ashley was an instructor for the Preschool Ministry, and in the Student Ministry for over 13 years. Ashley and her family were homeschooled for three years. While they were homeschooling students attended a tutorial at which Ashley was a teacher of History in Kindergarten and First Grade. God said to her that even though she enjoyed doing her homeschool and spending time in the presence of children, her family had to go back to full time school. Brent and Ashley, who have five daughters. Silas Eliza Cruz are GCA Students. Baylor is a GCA grad who plays baseball. He is a student at U.T. Martin. Callan, another GCA graduate, attends Western Kentucky University. The family is made up full of people who enjoy fishing, hunting and support each other during their most loved sports. Romans 8:28 and we are aware that in all things God is working for the good of those who love him who are called according to his purpose.
